Tomorrow is Spirit Day - FOOTBALL FRENZY! Wear anything football/cheerleader related (minus the cleats, helmets, pads and any face paint). The class with the most participation wins the Spirit Trophy!

Martin Luther King, Jr

Election Day!
Posted by Christine Loper on 11/6/2012Election Day is here! We learned about Mitt Romney and Barack Obama today. We learned what it means to vote and what a polling place might look like. We set up our own polling place in the classroom and the class voted to see who they thought was going to be our next president.
Results: Obama - 9
Romney - 6
Tonight, we will see if our predictions were right.

Special Guest Alert - The Handwashing Expert
Posted by Christine Loper on 10/30/2012 4:31:25 PMMrs. Reich from the ESU came to our class to show us the right way to wash our hands and keep those nasty germs away. Everyone was amazed at how many germs were still left on their hands when they were done washing.

These are just a few of the fire safety tips we learned during Fire Safety Week. We were fortunate to have several firefighters come to teach us how to be safer in case there is a fire and we got to see the inside of a firetruck!
