Meet the TeacherWelcome to 2nd Grade! My name is Mrs. Bach and I am looking forward to a fun year full of lots of learning and new adventures! When I'm not at school, I love being able to spend time with my family, which includes my husband Brady, and our eight-year-old twins - Kaden and Emersynn. My hobbies include photography and cooking new foods.
This will be my 5th year teaching at Plattsmouth Elementary. Within my classroom , I feel that it is very important to differentiate my instruction to each individual child's needs. My goal is to support children in all areas of development - cognitive, physical, social, and emotional areas. I will do this through ensuring that all of my classroom activities are structured to encourage curiosity, minimize the risk of failure, encourage independence and problem solving, and promote self-esteem. As the result of your child's education in my classroom, I want them to leave at the end of the year knowing that learning is a process that never ends. I am always looking for new opportunities to learn and I want your child to see this and take this characteristic with them into the future :).
