           Welcome to Kindergarten at Plattsmouth Elementary! My name is Mrs. Ecklund and I am the teacher in Kindergarten Room #6! This is my 16th year at Plattsmouth! I have 15 wonderful students! I am so lucky to teach Kindergarten!
           I grew up and currently live with my husband, Adam, in Papillion, Nebraska.  We have a daughter, born June 21, 2012.  Her name is Emberlyn! We have an American Bulldog/Boxer named Mosby, a Frenchie named Dash, and a rabbit named Poppy. I love to read, scrapbook, play with my puppies, watch movies, and spend time with my family when I have free time.
           I attended college at UNL in Lincoln for my degree in Elementary Education. After I graduated, I attended Peru State College to earn an endorsement in Early Childhood Education. While working on my degree and endorsement, I taught preschool and was an Assistant Director at a preschool in Papillion. I finished my Masters Program through Wayne State in Curriculum & Instruction.
