Welcome! Thank you for your interest in instrumental music at Plattsmouth High School! I am the director of instrumental music, which encompasses Marching Band, Concert Band, and Jazz band, here at Plattsmouth High School. I also teach courses in Music Theory, Music Appreciation, and Contemporary Music! 

I have been involved in music since a very young age, starting with private lessons in piano and percussion, then moving on to trombone in middle school, and tuba in high school. My experiences with performing groups have included jazz bands, concert bands, and marching bands, small brass ensembles, chamber choir, madrigal choir, and show choir.  

I am a member of the BEACH academy, because I learn best by doing something! I enjoy artistic endeavors, and prefer to get right into something and explore it for myself. The arts have also always been where my passion lies, and the BEACH academy suits me very well!
