Plattsmouth Community Schools

UPDATE: Bids will be received until 4:00 PM CST, on Thu., Mar. 5, 2020. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately and simultaneously in the presence of bidders or representatives of bidders, when the hour is reached for the bids to close.

The Plattsmouth Community School District invites bids for a combined contract, including General Construction, Civil Work, Mechanical, and Electrical Work, for a building addition and renovations to be located at Plattsmouth High School, 1916 Old Hwy. 34, Plattsmouth, NE. 68048. The proposed building addition will be approximately twenty-five thousand (25,000) square feet.

A pre-bid conference was held in the Administration Center Board Room, 1912 Old Hwy. 34, Plattsmouth, NE, at 10:00 AM on Wed., Feb. 12., 2020.

Bidding documents may be obtained at the office of the printer, A & D Technical Supply Co., 4320 South 89^th St., Omaha, NE  68127. Bids will be received until 2:00 PM CST, on Mon., Mar. 2, 2020, by Dr. Richard E. Hasty, Superintendent, at the Plattsmouth Community Schools, 1912 Old Hwy. 34, Plattsmouth, NE. 68048. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately and simultaneously in the presence of bidders or representatives of bidders, when the hour is reached for the bids to close.

Bids will be reviewed at the Operations Committee meeting that is scheduled for 5:30 PM on Mon., Mar. 2, 2020, as well as the workshop and regular meeting of the Board of Education at 1912 Old Hwy. 34, Plattsmouth, NE, at 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM, respectively, on Mon., Mar. 9, 2020.
