Getting your child started at the Plattsmouth Early Childhood begins with one application. Depending on your child's age and your family's situation, PEC offers Head Start Preschool, Tuition-Based Preschool, and two home-based programs — Early Head Start and Sixpence — for families expecting a child or raising one from birth to age three.
